Sessions include bodywork, energy work, meditation, sound, and can include plant remedies, flower essences, plant baths, tobacco cleansing, biomagnetism, somatics, and parts work. Each session begins with space for you to share what’s present, where I attune through intuition and biofeedback (muscle testing). Sessions are open-ended (2–3 hours) and guided by what arises - we close when the energy feels complete.

In-depth preparation or integration guidance for your medicine or psychedelic work. Focused on parts work, somatic practices, kinesiology, practicalities, aligning intentions, and whatever else is identified to support you.
I prefer to work in a packs of 3, 6 or 9 sessions in order for us to work profoundly with your experience.
